This encouragement, today, hit a nerve:

their life, but invent the future every day."A client of mine remarked recently that his challenges in getting hired were due to the fact that corporation’s hire the "consistently adequate" — in a word, pilots — not creative, eclectic, multitalented professionals aka Genre Busters(TM).
But, was it a Pilot who created Google or Apple?
All together now: NO!
So, are you going to be a Pilot or a Rabble Rouser?
