enjoying talking about it, and for encouraging and indulging my Exhibitionism.
Andrea Lee, the Maven
of Money and Meaning, for
encouraging my writing efforts oh so many years ago, for giving all of us an
example of strength and vulnerability in everything she does, and for
introducing me to a great Thai restaurant and sharing a long, intimate luncheon
chat.
Dr. Karen Shue,
clinic psychologist and neurofeedback expert, for helping me heal my pain, for
her enthusiasm for all things neuroscience related, and for the masterful
writing.
