Thomas Leonard, or T, was the founding genius of Coachville. He died February 11th, 2003.

She’s asked ‘us’ to post some memory of Thomas Leonard.
I’ve been pondering my contribution.
While I never spoke to T, I exchanged several e-mails. I most remember being touched by his willingness to turn my coaching dilemma into one of the many challenges discussed at How To Coach Anyone.
But, when I think about T, as I do from time to time, I most ponder what it was about him that so "attracted" me?
I think it was the fact he was so very human — and real.
Although considered almost God-like by some. He made mistakes and fessed up to ’em.
He was willing to try almost anything.
I also enjoyed peeking into his life. And, wonder what became of his puppy and the terrific desert property he was developing.
Everytime I think of him — I MISS HIM!
I’m not sure what’s inscribed on his grave, or even if there is one, but it ought to read: "Genius. Leader. Friend. Gone too soon!"
